Access AI is provided by Palmetto Ridge Holdings LLC, operating through Palmetto Ridge Media Group. By using Access AI, you agree to these terms.

1. Development-stage product

Access AI is under active development. Features, models, interfaces, availability, and supported devices may change. The public Streamlit experience is a working proof of concept, not a finished commercial product.

2. Assistive software—not guaranteed safety guidance

Access AI may help interpret visual, written, or conversational information. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, orientation and mobility training, emergency services, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a safety-critical system.

Do not rely on Access AI as the sole source for traffic, routes, obstacles, medication names or doses, dangerous controls, emergencies, legal or financial obligations, or any decision where an incorrect answer could cause serious harm.

3. Camera, microphone, and AI features

Some features require camera, microphone, network, or third-party AI processing. You control whether to activate those features and provide related content. You are responsible for using camera and audio features lawfully and respecting other people's privacy and rights.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Access AI to violate law, infringe rights, disrupt or compromise the service, submit malicious code, abuse infrastructure, or facilitate harmful or fraudulent activity.

5. Third-party services

Access AI depends on third-party hosting, AI, analytics, browser, and platform services. Availability and behavior may depend on those providers. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and remain subject to their terms and privacy practices.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Access AI branding, original content, project materials, and documentation are owned by Palmetto Ridge Holdings LLC or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership.

7. No warranty

Access AI is provided “as is” and “as available” during development. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palmetto Ridge Holdings LLC and related business names, owners, developers, contractors, and collaborators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Access AI. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Pilot, partnership, and sponsorship discussions

Email links express interest only. They do not create a pilot commitment, partnership, sponsorship, investment, grant, employment relationship, or other agreement. Any such arrangement requires separate written terms.

10. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide feedback, accessibility observations, bug reports, or suggestions, Access AI may use them to improve the product without compensation unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

11. Changes and contact
