Access AI policies

Privacy Policy

Effective September 12, 2026

This policy describes how Access AI handles information on this website, in the public Streamlit proof of concept, and in planned native product work.

Access AI is owned by Palmetto Ridge Holdings LLC, operating through Palmetto Ridge Media Group. Privacy questions may be sent to founder@access-ai.tech.

1. Information that may be processed

Depending on the feature you choose, Access AI may process text questions and conversation context; images you select for reading, identification, or scene description; voice recordings and resulting transcripts; accessibility preferences; and ordinary technical information generated by browsers, hosting, security, and analytics services.

The public proof of concept does not currently require an Access AI user account.

2. How information is used

Information is used to provide requested features, apply accessibility preferences, generate responses, diagnose failures, evaluate the product, secure the service, and respond to messages you choose to send.

Access AI is not designed to sell personal information or use submitted content for targeted advertising.

3. Website analytics and consent

Google Analytics is optional on access-ai.tech. Analytics storage is denied by default and the Google Analytics library is not loaded until you affirmatively accept analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain denied.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember it. You can use the “Privacy choices” control in the footer to change or revoke consent. Revocation updates consent to denied and removes accessible Access AI Google Analytics cookies.

See the Cookie Policy for the storage categories and identifiers used by this site.

4. Prototype providers

The working Streamlit proof of concept uses OpenAI API services for AI responses, image analysis, transcription, generated speech, and optional web search. Content needed for a requested feature may be transmitted to OpenAI. Web-search results may originate from third-party websites.

The proof of concept is hosted on Streamlit Community Cloud. Fixed browser speech may be processed on the device or by the operating system, browser, or installed speech service.

5. Storage and retention

The proof of concept does not intentionally create a project-controlled permanent conversation database. Conversation content and preferences are held in the active Streamlit session and can be lost when it ends or resets. Temporary audio files are deleted by the application after the transcription request completes, and selected camera images are not intentionally written by the application to a permanent local archive.

Hosting, security, Google Analytics, Streamlit, OpenAI, browser, and platform providers may process or retain information under their configurations, service terms, and legal obligations. Provider retention is not controlled solely by this website.

6. Camera and microphone

Camera and microphone features are optional and begin only when you choose a feature that needs them. Denying permission does not prevent text-based use.

7. Accessibility-related information

Accessibility preferences may be used to adjust how information is presented. These preferences support accessibility functions and are not used for advertising. Avoid submitting highly sensitive information when it is not needed for the task.

8. Email and pilot interest

Pilot, partnership, support, and contact actions use pre-addressed email links. The website does not submit these messages to a database. Your email provider processes a message only if you choose to send it.

9. Security

Access AI is designed to use encrypted connections for production web and API traffic and to keep service credentials out of public client code. No system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Access AI is not currently directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly seek to collect their personal information. Any future child-directed offering would require a separate review before release.

11. Your choices and requests

You may decline camera, microphone, prototype, analytics, or email features. Questions about information in project-controlled systems may be sent to founder@access-ai.tech. Identity and authority may need to be verified before acting on a request.

12. Safety and sensitive use

Access AI is not a guaranteed navigation, emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety system. Verify important information independently.

13. Changes and contact

Material changes to data collection, storage, sharing, accounts, or analytics will be reflected here before the affected feature is broadly released.
